OK - I’ll tell you up front.

This is a ridiculously long posting for a blog, and I don’t even know if it really belongs here.

But, I have had so many people ask me about this - so to make it simple for myself and them I thought I would just take some excerpts from the Essential Desk Reference and a few of my thoughts, and post them here.
