Cold Medications are Bad for Children!
The FDA warned yesterday about the dangers of over the counter cold medications for children under 2 years old. They say they are serious and potentially life threatening.
I think that extends beyond the 2 years of age! but at least this is a start.
I can remember taking a Coriciden Cold Tablet many years ago and I thought I was having a heart attack - and this was when I was in my 20’s!
All the more reason for our essential oils!
I’ve worked with many moms who deal with children with colds and flu and respiratory situations, and I teach them how to use the essential oils that are safe and effective.

I don’t have children but I am a dog mom - and we can use our oils for colds and flu in our cannine kids.
As a matter of fact yesterday Prin (my four legged littel guy) was coughing all day which is very unusual and in the evening it was continuous for about an hour.
I put some RC on my hands and waved it in front of his snout for him to breathe and then I diffused Christmas Spirit blend (spruce, orange,and cinnamon) in the hallway near where he loves to snooze.
He snoozed in the presence of the diffusing essential oils for about an hour.
He slept the whole night through and didn’t cough once!
