Strengthen Your Immune System Now!
Here we are at the end of August. . . .boo-hoo. . . .summer went so fast!Â
It’s hard to even fathom the cold weather, but it’s right around the corner and so is cold and flu season.
Now, you might not be thinking of colds and flu just yet - but it will behoove you to do so because you can do a few simple things now at home to build up your immunity against these super bugs and go through the whole season maybe without even a cold.
Here are 2 good things to do now to prevent problems in the fall and winter:
1). Build up the good bacteria in your gut.
“How does one do that?” you might wonder. You start each day with a really good probiotic on an empty stomach (such as Life 5 from Young Living). You can also eat yogurt and cultured vegetables.
