Add a few drops of organic, therapeutic grade A essential oil of lavender
Lightly mist your face and energy field (keep eyes closed !)
Take a few deep stimulating breaths
Crack a great big smile and say to yourself “Cool Runnings”!
here’s a variation - add a drop of peppermint - but don’t forget KEEP EYES CLOSED !
