Cut up a pineapple and put in blender. Rub it on dry elbows (and knees too!)
Keep it on for 15 minutes ( you can soak in a tub with elbows out of the water, and knees bent up out of the water too).
Rinse off in the tub or shower. Apply your favorite lotion and notice how incredibly soft your elbows are!
